I love Explainer Videos! They are a great way of telling the website user what the website is about – quickly and succinctly. I like them to be under a minute long and featured on the home page, so it is the first thing the user is likely to click on. Welcome to my newly launched website, MyUsertest! So what is it all about? Well, if you ever go on the internet (erm, yes) and find yourself getting frustrated when browsing a website (erm, yes) then I am here to try to iron those frustrations I ‘usertest’ websites, in other words, I critically analyse them and tell the website owner what a ‘typical’ consumer may find frustrating.
